"Seven days of Grace & Gratitude"
Session one : Pausing

This is Session One of the first theme block “Seven Days of Grace and Gratitude“
Today we will invite Grace into our day by PAUSING . . .
We love Pausing as a tool, to reset ourselves, regain clear vision, a peace of mind, or simply more awareness, often while letting go of seriousness and seeing things from a different perspective. Maybe Pausing will make a difference for you, too. We are still experimenting with it and live this opportunity to remind ourselves to be and see, unintentionally.
We introduce Pauses of Three minutes for three times . . .
You may want to plan three times of the day in advance. If you want to do it together with .uly. and Soul, you may do them at 8:30am, 3:30pm, and 6:30pm CET.
What feels aligned for you ?
Sparks:
- I Pause no matter what is going on around me, leave those things keep running, though, I stop my mind from where it is involved in at the same time.
- I Zoom out, observe or best - let go of observing.
- I sit down and close my eyes, or I look around without processing, judging, making sense.
- I Let my “higher self” observe it without any need to understand it now.
